Enrollment Terms
Registration
In order to attend our art classes, you must register and pay the applicable fee in advance. We accept payment through our Gpay or in-person.
Course Module and Fee Structure
We reserve the right to change the course module or fee structure at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered attendees.
Payment & invoice
An invoice must be taken for all payments made towards the art classes. Fees once paid cannot be refunded
Class Materials
We will provide all necessary materials for the class with extra charges. You may choose to buy at the studio by paying an additional amount or bring in your own materials required for the class.
Allocated Time Slots
If you need to change your allocated time slot, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled class time. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee availability

Missed Allocated Slots
If you miss your allocated time slot for any reason, you may be able to attend a makeup class on a Saturday, subject to advance booking and availability. Makeup classes slots are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Class Completion
The 8-class package must be completed within 45 days of the first class, and the 20-class package must be completed within 60 days of the first class. Any missed classes will not be refunded or carried over.
Long Leave
If you need to take an extended leave of absence from our classes, please let us know as soon as possible and provide us with the duration of your leave. While we cannot guarantee the same class slot upon your return, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences based on availability.
Rescheduling due to Instructor Cancellation
In the event that the instructor cancels a class, we will make every effort to reschedule the class at a time that is convenient for all attendees. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, you will not be refunded but can attend another class at a later time
Photography and Recordings
Varna Arts may take photographs or recordings of the class for promotional purposes. By attending the class, you consent to the use of such photographs or recordings
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
